I understand and represent that this is my own work, and that my submission and all rights associated with my submission will at all times belong to me, except that by making the submission, I grant the Prospect Park Alliance, the Department of Parks & Recreation, Area4 LLC, and the City of New York (“the Installation Organizers”) the right to use the submission as part of the Connective Project, and to reproduce, and preserve in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide (including electronic or digital media, and on-line services) images of my submission, and to use and publish those images for archival, curatorial, educational, and publicity purposes such as promotion of the Connective Project and Prospect Park, including use of the submission on any or all of the Installation Organizers’ websites, brochures, and press releases.
