OPEN CALL FOR ARTIST SUBMISSIONS – CONTEST OVER

THE CONNECTIVE PROJECT PROSPECT PARK 150

JULY 7 – 17, 2017

“In celebration of the 150th Anniversary of Brooklyn’s Backyard, Prospect Park Alliance is bringing together artists, Brooklyn notables, and the public to create a site-specific artwork that celebrates the special meaning the Park has in the lives of millions of community members from across the borough and beyond.” TimeOut Magazine, March 29, 2017

While the contest for the Prospect Park 150 Connect is now closed, artists are still more than welcome to submit artwork through Submittable.  Your work will be attributed within the Artist category, uploaded ahead of the public submissions beginning June 1, and will have a better shot at being turned into a pinwheel for the installations in the Rose Garden of Prospect Park (7/7 – 7/17/17) and at PIONEER WORKS’ Pinwheel (August ’17).
